The public is invited to bring a lawn chair, water and a hat and settle in for a wonderful afternoon of music, Saturday, June 28 3:00 – 5:00, presented by Downtown Sudbury BIA with host the Sudbury Arts Council.
The Nickel City Wind Ensemble, a group of 35 local musicians lead by David Young, perform a free concert on Durham Street in front of the Sudbury YMCA.
The Nickel City Wind Ensemble band is comprised of woodwind, brass and percussion and has been performing since 2015.
The band will play many recognizable favorites such as “Lord of the Dance”, “Imagine”, Hawaii 5-0 Theme”, “Sweet Caroline”, and medleys from “Jersey Boys” and “Chicago” to name a few.
