We are starting our Argentina Week here at Wander so I am busy in the kitchen prepping meats for grilling and a LOT of chimichurri!

With the weather warming up, I thought you might like an easy recipe to warm up your grilling skills with some South American flavour!

Choripán is their "sausage on a bun" and just like the food carts selling sausage in our big Canadian cities, you can find someone selling these snacks on just about every street corner.

No mustard or ketchup though! This sausage on a bun is topped with lighter and more flavourful toppings.
