I redid the ceilings of my two basement rooms due to past mouse issues buggering up the old ceiling.
- Cheap office ceiling tiles
- Cut-down construction-grade pine to hold them in place
- Soundproofing panels underneath
- New basement-grade insulation
I made sure they are easily removable to access plumbing and electrical as needed.
