Music therapy uses music and its elements by a certified music therapist to meet our clients where they are. It is individualized depending on what each individual needs. To hear a client with minimal independent speech randomly say on his own 10 minutes into improvisation on the djembe: "You accept me" and repeat it again, melted my heart. May you feel accepted!
