While we utilize standard real estate tools like digital photography and video cameras, at Northern Experience Realty Group, we take technology much further.
Our photography is captured using a Canon R8 full-frame camera with 24.2 megapixels. Its exceptional low-light performance and paired with a Canon RF 16mm F2.8 STM lens, delivers stunning, distortion-free images that truly showcase our properties.
For video, we adapt to various conditions using a combination of cameras: fully stabilized Canon 90D & Canon R8. We also use a DJI Pocket 3 with a stabilized 1-inch sensor, ideal for low-light situations.

Aerial photography and videography have been a staple of our marketing since 2014, long before the drone industry's current boom. Currently, we utilize a DJI Mini 4, and we're eagerly anticipating the Mini 5 release to further enhance the imagery we provide.
Leveraging lasers and photogrammetry for precise measurements, virtual tours are created using Matterport, the industry standard, giving potential buyers the ability to explore homes at their own pace.
We also employ proprietary photogrammetry technology, developed by former Google employees, to create 3D renderings of our properties, allowing clients to explore every angle.
AI technology assists in crafting compelling property descriptions, ensuring accurate grammar and highlighting key features effectively.
Our streamlined internal processes, powered by our tech investments, allow us to activate listings on the MLS in just 2-3 hours—a significant improvement from the 24-48 hour turnaround and four-person team it required five years ago. This efficiency gives our clients a crucial advantage in the market.
All of this is powered by high-performance Apple computers, Adobe software, cloud computing and storage, massive 49" Samsung monitors, and a commitment to providing our clients with the best possible solutions.
Our passion for technology extends into our personal lives, where we embrace foldable phones, iPads, AR glasses, VR headsets, Tesla vehicles with full self-drive capabilities, and even electric snow blowers and lawnmowers.
