Chickpea Blondies

These are surprisingly amazing little desserts that I absolutely love to make. They are gluten free and full of protein. The main ingredients are a can of chickpeas, peanut butter, real maple syrup and your usual baking ingredients such as baking soda and powder, vanilla (the real deal) and salt. I usually use carob chocolate chips (bulk barn) and butterscotch chips.. Even those who don't typically like chickpeas will love these desserts.
