It’s never a bad idea to keep pie dough in the freezer. I had eggs that needed to be used up and now I have baked quiche ready for the freezer for an easy meal. Some single servings and two larger ones. Just thaw and reheat.
They have ham, mushrooms, onions, chopped broccoli, red pepper and white and orange cheddar cheese. Yum!
