So simple to make, very little prep and baking time and the best part is they taste amazing!
This recipe calls for lemon juice in the egg whites — I would not do this because it will affect how long the egg whites stay stiff.
The chef who taught me to make these paired them with strong espresso at the end of the meal. Wow, just wow!
