Let me just add the New Sudbury mall is making changes to their bike parking including having them in areas with cameras and 1 being out year round. Theyre the 1st to step up. Councillor McIntosh is moving to see if the secured bike cage underground at TDS can be open to the public AND add more to the new library downtown. Im off to talk to CBC this afternoon too. Some places and people are already making changes.
