Recipe: 2 cups of coconut milk (or other milk or milk alternative) 1/2 cup of maple syrup (can also substitute date syrup) 1/3 cup of peanut butter (almond butter, tahini, sunflower butter) 1 tsp of vanilla extract 2 cups of rolled oats (gluten free if needed) 1/4 cup of cocoa powder 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed 1 tsp of baking powder. Pinch of salt
Mix well to combine and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
