So many of the children who walk through our doors carry stories written in chaos, fear, and silence

Stories they didn’t choose.
Stories they haven’t yet found the words to tell.
Stories that play finally lets them begin to rewrite.

In play art and music therapy, children are free to:
✨ Express what they can’t yet say
✨ Show up as their truest, unfiltered selves
✨ Discover who they are—without fear of rejection

The sand tray becomes a stage.
The dollhouse, a memory.
The crayon, a voice.
And the playroom becomes the safest place in their world.

But here’s the truth:
Many of us never had that space as children.
So we carry our stories into adulthood—
buried deep in our bodies and brains—
showing up as anxiety, burnout, illness, or disconnection.

That’s why Mind Body Soul exists.
To help you rewire, refuel, and rise.
To guide you back to the pages of your own story—
not to erase the past,
but to help you write a new ending.

This is the power of play.
This is the power of healing.
This is the power of becoming whole.

I may not do music therapy but there is someone on here that specializes in this area and it is game changer.
