They ask us to slow down. To breathe. To remember that being gentle with yourself is not weakness—it’s wisdom.
I’ve carried a lot in silence. Tended to everyone else’s needs. Ignored the whispers of my own body as I often do.
Until one day, I prayed: “God, show me how to receive what I so freely give.”
That prayer led me here on Friday. To this moment. To this space. And to something I created to focus on part of my own healing ❤️🩹
It is just a Mini Booklet that I decided to share.
