I finally used my beautiful vintage Fire King casserole dish today with these stuffed peppers. I made them with reduced produce peppers, leftover rice from Pita Land, sausage meat from my freezer, my last jar of homemade canned tomato sauce and sharp cheddar. Delicious, and I still have one left for lunch tomorrow.
