I really enjoyed Metro’s berry goat cheese salad recently so I decided to make my own version. Spinach, mixed greens, soft goat cheese, shaved almonds, blueberries and strawberries.

Aren’t these adorable? You can get pretzels ready to bake in the freezer section of most grocery stores. And since they look like hearts when they’re filled with charcuterie items they’re perfect for Valentines Day! Just cut off the extra at the bottom of the pretzel. ♥️
