For the weekend - here’s a great recipe for brown butter maple blondies. I love this one because the ingredient list is simple - if you have maple syrup and some basics, you’re set.

These are surprisingly amazing little desserts that I absolutely love to make. They are gluten free and full of protein. The main ingredients are a can of chickpeas, peanut butter, real maple syrup and your usual baking ingredients such as baking soda and powder, vanilla (the real deal) and salt. It’s never a bad idea to keep pie dough in the freezer. I had eggs that needed to be used up and now I have baked quiche ready for the freezer for an easy meal. Some single servings and two larger ones. Just thaw and reheat.
They have ham, mushrooms, onions, chopped broccoli, red pepper and white and orange cheddar cheese. Yum!

Snoop dogs lobster thermidor, bought the wife his cookbook for christmas so we have been going thru it. This one was the hardest we have made so far. I found this website from a show called shoresy 😂. Idk what im doing here but im here, enjoy.

Recently had the chance to go to a cooking class and learnt how to make "Amaretti Cookies" and OMG, I did not know what I had been missing!🍪
So simple to make, very little prep and baking time and the best part is they taste amazing!
This recipe calls for lemon juice in the egg whites — I would not do this because it will affect how long the egg whites stay stiff.
The chef who taught me to make these paired them with strong espresso …

I’ve tried this recipe twice and it turned out perfectly both times. I used the fluff-dump-sweep method for measuring the flour, which I think helped since it’s such a small amount.
